1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BillReminder application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BillReminder provides a platform to track, schedule, and receive alerts for recurring bills, incomes, and payment status. Reminders are sent based on configurations set by you.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
4. Notification Disclaimer
While BillReminder makes reasonable efforts to deliver notifications (via email or other chosen communication channels) on time, we do not guarantee delivery. Factors beyond our control—including server failures, email filters, or carrier networks—may cause delays or omissions. You are ultimately responsible for making sure your financial obligations are settled on time.
5. Data and Account Deletion
You may choose to delete your account at any time through the Profile or Settings screen. Deleting your account will permanently purge your user profile, recurring configurations, bill history, and incomes from our database. This action is irreversible.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BillReminder or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to missed billing deadlines, late fees, or database service interruptions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
