Is BillReminder free?+
Yes. The free plan includes up to 6 bills due each month, email reminders, the calendar and PDF export. A repeating bill counts once. Premium removes the limit, removes ads in the app and lets you start a family.
When do reminder emails arrive?+
Reminders go out each morning. By default you hear about a bill 3 and 7 days before it's due, and you can choose different days in settings. If a bill is still unpaid after its due date, follow-ups go out 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days later until you mark it paid.
How does family sharing work?+
Someone with Premium starts a family and invites people by email or by sharing the link. Up to 6 people can join, and everyone in the family gets Premium while the payer's plan is active. You choose which bills to share; the rest stay private. Anyone in the family can mark a shared bill paid, and it records who paid it.
Does it connect to my bank or pay bills for me?+
No. BillReminder never asks for bank logins and doesn't move money. You add your bills, pay them however you normally do, and mark them paid.
Can I use it on my phone and on the web?+
Yes. Sign in with the same account in the Android app, the iPhone app and your browser and you'll see the same bills.
How do I cancel Premium?+
If you paid on the web, open Premium in the menu and choose Cancel subscription. If you paid in the Android app, cancel from your Google Play subscriptions. Either way, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
